[edit] Vegan alternative recipe:

1 cup soy milk. 1 and a half tablespoon of flour. 2 teaspoon of sugar or sweetener of your choice. 2 teaspoon of vanilla. 1 teaspoon salt. Pinch of nutmeg. and 5 slices whole wheat bread.

Optional - 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric or less (less is better).
