I would suggest omiting the icing sugar for a less sweet taste, over all the coating is a little more bitter but it keeps people coming back for more. Also if you like the taste of orange in your chocolate you can add 2 tablespoons of orange zest and a tablespoon of orange juice to the chocolate mixture immediately after removal from heat, a splash of rum or Kahlua is exelent also immediately after removal from heat

In any version of English, it's spelled 'truffle.'
