I propose to (eventually) change this article to reflect the fact that most European ovens include a grill. Also, grilling is usually considered a healthy option because fat released from the cooking food cannot be reabsorbed. This tends to contradict the article's assertion that it is used to retain the juices of meat. LittlePete 11:27, 27 March 2007 (UTC)
