"Actually, I believe that broccoflower and romanesco broccoli are two different things. According to the website http://www.fourmilab.ch/images/Romanesco/, broccoflower is "a cross of broccoli and cauliflower which superficially resembles Romanesco but lacks its near perfect self-similar fractal form" (see parenthetical insert at end of second paragraph under the section entitled "The Unclassifiable Romanesco" - 71.231.151.125"
