Cookbook talk:Bread

My inclination is to delete most of this page and replace it with a brief discussion of bread in general. The recipes here aren't particularly useful or precise. Kellen ^T 07:33, 20 October 2005 (UTC)

Perhaps renaming it and adding how to make the dough would help, but it almost looks like a manual for a 'subway' type bakers. I second your decision anyway.

I've updated this page extensively in order to address these concerns. I left in the bits about shaping the dough and the proofer method of cooking, but made them less of a focus in the article. Wikidsoup (talk) 20:40, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
