My inclination is to delete most of this page and replace it with a brief discussion of bread in general. The recipes here aren't particularly useful or precise. Kellen T 07:33, 20 October 2005 (UTC)
Perhaps renaming it and adding how to make the dough would help, but it almost looks like a manual for a 'subway' type bakers. I second your decision anyway.
