[edit] Removed incomplete recipe

I have removed the recipe because it did not list the quantity of condensed milk, which would seem to be the dish's main ingredient. In place of a quantity, the recipe's author asked if anyone knew how much milk to use, and of what type. That's just not a recipe. I have left all the other info. Why? the remaining info is useless. How is the milk cooked? hot temp?low? oven? pan? bbq?
