- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup light corn syrup or cane syrup
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 4 tablespoons Earth Balance
- 1 t. vanilla extract
Procedure [edit]
- Boil sugar, corn syrup or cane syrup, margarine and coconut milk to firm-ball stage, 245 degrees F. Remove from heat and add vanilla
