Tvorog is a Russian cheese.

- 1 part buttermilk
- 2 parts milk

- Cover with towel and let stand for 1-2 days, until all milk is curdled.
- Heat mixture slightly to make it firmer.
- Pour out through cheese cloth.
- Hang it up to let all the water get out.
