Tvorog is a Russian cheese.

  • 1 part buttermilk
  • 2 parts milk

[edit] Procedure

  1. Cover with towel and let stand for 1-2 days, until all milk is curdled.
  2. Heat mixture slightly to make it firmer.
  3. Pour out through cheese cloth.
  4. Hang it up to let all the water get out.
