- Heat the oil on non-stick pan, fry the big onion, garlic, red chilli, ginger and scallion. Stir at 30 minutes until it's fragrant. Now add the basmati rice.
- Add the chilli powder, light soy sauce, fish sauce, chicken powder, salt and pepper. Cook until all mixed. Served hot.
