Ingredients

• 1 cup sour cream
• 3 chipotle chile in adobo, finely minced
• 2 tbs adobo sauce
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• 1/4 tsp freshly ground cumin

Procedure

1. In your dipping bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips or other snacks.
