- 1 cup sour cream
- 3 chipotle chile in adobo, finely minced
- 2 tbs adobo sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground cumin

- In your dipping bowl, whisk together all ingredients. Serve with tortilla chips or other snacks.
