Saus Kacang is a spicy Indonesian peanut sauce.
[edit] Ingredients
- 2 cans of oily peanut butter, or add oil if dry
- water
- sambal oelek
- 1 lemon
- salt
- soy sauce
[edit] Procedure
- Mix the peanut butter with water and stir easy until one fluid sauce
- Add some hot oelek, some lemon juice (from fresh lemon), some salt and soya sauce to it
- Keep stirring and taste meanwhile to get the taste right!
- You can also add a part of lemon to the sauce
