Murgh Makhni

Literal Translation: "Murgh = Chicken" "Makhini = Butter". This is Buttered Chicken.

Start with a parted chicken marinaded in Tandoori Chicken marinade (chicken, marinated in yogurt with ginger, garlic, and green chili paste). Fry it in butter (Tandoori Chicken would be grilled in oil) with the ginger, garlic and green chili paste.

Make a red gravy of tomato puree, red chili powder, salt, and Garam Masala. Add water, bring to a boil and reduce heat. Add the parted chicken, coat with gravy.

Add cream, simmer for 10 minutes, serve hot.
