Milagai Podi is a mixture of crushed spices used as a condiment in Tamil cuisine. The mixture can be used dry or mixed with ghee or oil.

  • Two spoons of red chili powder
  • A pinch of salt and turmeric
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 3 spoons of ghee, melted

[edit] Procedure

  1. Mix all ingredients
  2. Let sit 3 minutes.

Great served with hot idlis or dosais.
