- 1/2 cup tequilla
- 3 tbsp mesquite honey
- 1/4 tsp liquid mesquite smoke
- 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1 habanero, pureed until smooth
- 1 tbsp kosher salt
- 1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper

- Combine all ingredients in an 8-ounce mason jar. Keep refridgerated for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.
