1/2 cup tequilla
3 tbsp mesquite honey
1/4 tsp liquid mesquite smoke
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1 habanero, pureed until smooth
1 tbsp kosher salt
1 tbsp freshly ground black pepper

  1. Combine all ingredients in an 8-ounce mason jar. Keep refridgerated for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.
