• 1 onion, chopped
• 1-2 celery stalks, chopped
• 1 cup (240g) cracker crumbs
• 1 clove garlic, diced
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon allspice
• sprinkle of curry powder
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 eggs
• 2 lbs. (900g) ground beef
• 1-2 cans of mushroom soup

Makes 1 bread pan of meat loaf

1. Mix meat, eggs, and spices.
2. Mix in vegetables and crackers.
3. Bake at 400°F (200°C)
4. Drain off grease when brown 10-20 minutes.
5. Add 1-2 cans of mushroom soup on top
6. Bake until done

Total baking time 1.5-2 hours.
