Lady finger is an ambiguous term that can mean:
- Okra, a green vegetable from Africa.
- Savoiardi, a kind of small sponge cake from Italy.
- In North America, "ladyfinger" typically refers to a more modernized, smaller, thinner cookie than the traditonal savoiardi, from which its name is taken; the two are often used interchangably, but are completely different in flavour and texture, with the newer more closely resembling uncoated chocolate fingers.
- The "lady finger" cocktail.
"Lady finger" can also mean a type of firecracker or human body part, but these are generally very bad to eat.
