KHICHDI

Ingredients[edit]

  • 1 cup rice,
  • 1 tbsp moong dal (yellow green gram dal),
  • 2 onion sliced,
  • Little pudina(mint leaves),
  • 1 cardamom,
  • 1 clove,
  • 1 cinnamon stick,
  • Oil 2 tbsp,
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,
  • Salt 1 tsp,
  • Turmeric 1/4 tsp,
  • 2 cups of water,
  • First heat oil fry everything one by one and last add rice and dal and cook and give dum.
