[edit] Greek Omlette

Though there can be many variations, a greek omlette will typically contain some or all of these Ingredients:

-eggs, a little milk, some nutmeg and salt and white pepper (to create the shell of the omlet)

-gyro meat (or other lamb product)

-crumbled feta cheese and/or fresh mozzerella

-english cucumbers and/or cucumber sauce

-fresh roma tomatoes

-red onions

In addition, green peppers, egg plant, or kalmata olves may be added.
