Procedure[edit | edit source]

  1. Blend black grapes, sugar, curd, milk, and salt in a blender until smooth.
  2. Crush ice-cubes, divide it into 4 portions, and divide between 4 glasses.
  3. Pour the lassi over the ice cubes.
  4. Serve chilled.
