Cookbook:Garlic Lemon Marinade

What is this good for? It works great with fish, (no shocker there) chicken, even as a sauce for lobster.
- 1/3 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 8 cloves garlic, smashed and minced
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- Zest of one lemon, finely grated
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- Run everything in your favorite blender until smooth. Keep refrigerated for up to 1 1/2 weeks. Shake well before using.
