• 8 eggs, take only yellow part
• 2 cups (300 g) white sugar
• 1 cup (150 g) butter
• 2 tbsp. cake emulsifier
• 50 g grated orange
• 2½ cups (375 g) flour
• 1½ tbsp. baking soda

• 10 pieces oranges
• 100 g strawberry, cut into 2 pieces
• 75 g kiwifruit
• 100 g white cream

[edit] Procedures

1. Mix all the yellow eggs, butter white sugar and cake emulsifier until expanded with mixer.
2. After expanded, add the flour, baking soda and grated orange.
3. Spread the baking pan with butter.
4. Move the mixture into baking pan, and then bake it at 20 minutes with temperature 185°C.
5. After baked, move into the plate and spread all cake sides with white cream.
6. Garnish with orange, strawberry and kiwifruit, and serve for family or kids.
