Fast cooking special recipes are one very important cooking technique to adapt with busy lifestyle or for learning easiest cooking methods. This method usually takes 4-15 minutes of time which is great for professionals, students and Wikipedians.



EGGS[edit]

Scrambled eggs with sausage[edit]

for 2

Pour 2-4 sausages into hot frying pan and fry for 1 minute, turn the the sausages every 20 seconds. Pour 4 eggs into a ceramic plate and scramble and add 2-3 pinch of salt during the scrambling. Pour eggs into frying pan and fry for 30-60 seconds. You can add chopped tomatoes or cucumbers or onions or all of them when you first frying the sausages but the basic ingredient will be good quality fast meal.

Scrambled eggs with vegetables[edit]

Chop 2 medium tomatoes, 1 medium cucumber, 1/2 small onion. Pour the tomatoes and cucumber into hot frying pan fry for 2 minutes turn occasonally add 2 pinches of salt. Scramble 3-4 eggs add 2-3 pinches of salt and onions during scrambling and pour them into frying pan but make space for eggs in the pan that move the vegetables into 1 side. Fry for 1 minute. Turn separately eggs and vegetables in every 20 seconds. Also you can choose only fry eggs and serve the vegetables not frying and as side dish.



PASTA[edit]

Pasta & sausages[edit]

Pour 1/3 package of usual medium packaged spaghetti into the 2 liters of boiling water add 1/4 tea spoon salt, then after 3 minutes of boiling add 2-4 sausages into the boiling pasta. Boil for another 5 minutes. Drain the water add 1 table spoon of butter or frying oil mix the oil thouroughly. Add 3-5 table spoon any type of pasta sauce or ketchup mix together.


Vegetables Pasta[edit]

Pour 1/3 package of usual medium packaged spaghetti into the 2 liters of boiling water add 1/4 tea spoon salt. Chop 2 medium tomatoes and 1 medium cucumber and 1/2 medium onion then after 4 minutes of boiling the pasta add vegetables except onion into the boiling pasta. Boil for another 5 minutes. Drain the water then add 1 table spoon of butter or frying oil mix the oil thouroughly add onions. Add 3-5 table spoon any type of pasta sauce or ketchup mix together.



SOUPS[edit]

Tomatoe Noodle soup 5 minutes style![edit]

Take off packages from 2 packs of ramen or udon noodles. Pour 2 ramen or udon noodles into the 1.5 liters of hot boiling water add only 1 package of hot spice add 2 chopped tomatoes and add 2 sausages boil for 5 minutes. Add 1/2 medium chopped onion. Ready for serve.
