This rub is great on pork, steak, fish, and chicken.

1 cup paprika
1/4 cup kosher salt
1/2 cup chipotle powder
1 tbsp cayenne pepper
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
1/4 cup dried rosemary
1/4 cup dried thyme
1/2 cup dehydrated lemon peel
