You will need apples, oranges, bananas, orange juice and maraschino cherries and one bowl. Peel the apples, oranges and bananas and dice them into small pieces. Section the oranges and squeeze the juice out of the remaining orange and whatever may be in the peel. Cut the cherries in half or quarters depending on the size cherry and pour cherry juice in bowl. mix it all together and add 1-2 cups orange juice for more juice. you do want it to be juicy. This recipe has been handed down for more than 5 generations and is very healthy, quenching and satisfying as a sweet snack or desert. great for kids and great for dieting when craving something sweet.
