  1. Place almonds in blender and grind to fine powder
  2. Add syrup/extract and 1 cup of water
  3. Blend 1-2 minutes until smooth
  4. Place strainer over large bowl.
  5. Line with cheesecloth or fine sieve if a thinner consistency is desired.
  6. Pour almond milk slowly into strainer and let filter through.
  7. When all milk has passed through strainer, press remaining milk out of accumulated almond fiber.
  8. Chill for several hours

  • Milk will keep in the refrigerator 4-5 days
