For the purpose of clarity the accepted construction of these contracts will assume the following conditions:

• Contracts will be generalized for interstate use.
  • States and locals will be constructed with a "Wiki" base, so 111 Wiki Ln, Wikiville, WK, 98111, etc.
• The nomenclature (name construction) Wiki, Inc., Wiki, Wiki Corporation, etc. will be used for describing entities within the example documents.

Dear Mr. Mohd. Sharifuddin :

Regarding the rental of the above reference property, the following outlines the general terms under which Mr Azmi, is agreeable to consider the retal of the subject property from Mr Mohd. Sharifuddin.

1. THE PROPERTY

2. RENTAL PRICE The rental price for the property shall be subject to normal prorations.

3. NATURE OF AGREEMENT Occupant and tenant agree that the above serves only as an outline of the general terms and conditions of the proposed transaction and that this letter is not a contract or a binding agreement. Completion of this transaction is subject to the negotiations and execution of a mutually acceptable Rentel Agreement. However, prior to the completion of a mutually acceptable Rental Agreement, either party may terminate this Letter of Intent in its sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, without obligation to proceed further in negotiating this proposed transaction, without further liability, except as otherwise herein expressly provided to the contrary.

4 . VALID DATE If the terms of this Letter of Intent are acceptable, please indicate below by signing below and returning this letter to the undersigned no later than May 15, 2007. If not received by that date, this Letter of Intent is null and void.
