Nimzowitsch Defence[edit | edit source]

This line after 2...e5 is called the Kennedy Variation. It isn't very popular because the main two white options secure a nice advantage. These include 3.dxe5 Nxe5 4.f4! which kicks around the knight and 3.d5 Nce7 4.c4 where white gets a substantial space advantage
