The Lychee Martini is a cocktail made of Lychee Liqueur (such as Lichido or Soho), Vodka and a dash of Lime Juice. To make it less strong and more fruity, you may add lychee juice to the recipe. The ideal garnish for this cocktail is a single pitted lychee nut. But most anything will do.
