August 2007[edit]

  • A unit on making Arabic statements (as opposed to questions) without verbs is being developed. The unit already has many exercises, all of them translation exercises (Arabic=> English). The exercises all have keys, so the answers for all the even questions are available. The explanations are minimum.
  • The book has been reorganized. Many of the old pages were taken off the main page. The "archive" link underneath the "Misc." heading leads to the old pages.
  • A new romanisation system has been adopted. Only the first two lessons are fully romanised, so far.

Goals[edit]

  • Get an audio file for each exercise, of someone speaking the questions of each lesson (in Arabic) and with pauses between each question.
