Links that Authors might want to see, but are unimportant to users go here.
A delinked page is one where links to it are removed so that users do not encounter it. Pages that don't fit, and/or are incomplete, and/or do not go into the book, should be delinked. If it is not useful, or another page already does a better job, a page should be delinked to ease navigation for the user.
