- Article 117[1]
- This Act shall take effect from the date of promulgation, provided that the provisions of Articles 106bis through 106quater amended and promulgated on January 21, 1998 took effect from the date upon which the World Trade Organization Agreement took effect in the territory under the jurisdiction of the Republic of China.
